Jones & DeMille Engineering evaluated Graveyard Wash Dam in Safford, Arizona to assess compliance with NRCS and Arizona Dam Safety criteria.
The study included hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, geotechnical evaluation, and development of rehabilitation alternatives, including dam raising and spillway improvements.
Risk analysis and flood inundation modeling supported decision-making and economic evaluation. The project is currently on hold pending funding coordination with the local sponsor.
