Early planning included site design, architectural layouts, utilities, and cost estimating to support informed decisions.
The Roosevelt site leveraged existing infrastructure, while the Vernal campus required full site development, including roadway access, utilities, drainage, and an eight-unit residential component.
An integrated design approach and contractor design-assist delivery improved constructability, controlled costs, and supported efficient construction.
