The Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments (SERDA) Administration Building is a 14,820-square-foot facility designed for long-term public service.
Jones & DeMille Engineering led planning, engineering, and construction administration in coordination with Campbell Architecture.
The building features a welcoming public lobby, offices, conference rooms, and collaborative spaces, with a focus on accessibility, efficiency, and durability to support staff and community needs for years to come.
