BS—Civil Engineering 

Michael is a principal owner of JDE and currently serves as our Northeast Region Director, based out of Roosevelt, Utah. He previously worked for UDOT Region 4 as well as another consulting firm where his duties included roadway design, storm water infrastructure, and design and construction inspection services. Michael has significant transportation and project leadership experience including mapping, roadway geometric design, pavement design, hydrologic analysis, hydraulic design, culvert design and other aspects of infrastructure projects. Mike is known for his ability to successfully manage large projects, bring strategic partners together, and develop lasting relationships. He currently serves on the Utah State University Uintah Basin Advisory Council.
