AS—Drafting Technologies 

Mark currently manages JDE’s corporate materials laboratory, performing tests on subgrade materials, aggregates, asphalt, and concrete. He has over 15 years of construction observation, field and laboratory materials testing experience. He is also responsible to ensure laboratory technicians are performing the testing, associated paperwork and computation in accordance with AASHTO and AMRL standards. He is experienced in sampling, testing and construction observation.
