BS—Industrial Design 

Kim serves as Director of Architecture at CA and JDE, which specializes in educational, commercial, civil, institutional, and medical architecture. Kim has served in the St. George community as a Planning Commissioner and President of the St. George Historic Commission. With over 35 years of experience, Kim has served as Principal Architect on numerous successful projects at Dixie State University, as well as recent projects for the state of Utah, St. George City, Cedar City, and the National Park Service including the newly-constructed South Entry Fee Stations. Through Kim’s varied project history and his expertise, he has developed positive working relationships with all government entities in the community and provides a basis for productive coordination and management of design and construction.
